The Location.....
Felindre is in a perfect location on the North Pembrokeshire coast, within the National Park, and just 500 yards from the sea and the village of Porthgain.
The site, which is nearly completed, consists of 18 new luxurious solid timber lodges set in approximately 4 acres of landscaped surroundings, using the natural contours to maximise the views for each lodge. Whether looking over coastline or countryside, or nestling in a sheltered spot down by the stream, all the lodges enjoy the unique atmosphere and location of Felindre.
The view to Porthgain
The lodges are ideally situated to experience the spectacular scenery of North Pembrokeshire, often described as a land of magic and enchantment, with its combination of natural wildlife, rugged coastline, quiet sandy beaches, open hilltops of the Preseli mountains and tranquil woodlands in the beautiful Gwaun Valley. Felindre lies between the historic city of St Davids, renowned for its ancient cathedral, art galleries and restaurants, and Fishguard with its picturesque harbour in Lower Town. From the nearby lifeboat station at St Justinians there are boat trips to Ramsey Island, owned by the RSPB and a haven for sea birds, seals and dolphins.

Just 5 minutes walk through the fields from Felindre is the village of Porthgain with its fishing harbour, historic ruins, art gallery, pub and bistro. The pub is the well loved, family friendly Sloop Inn which offers good bar and restaurant meals. The bistro is The Shed, named as the Best Seafood Restaurant in Wales by the AA.

The coastal walk to the west from Porthgain takes you past the spectacular National Trust beach of Traethllyfn to the Blue Lagoon at Abereiddy. Strolling eastward through equally stunning coastal scenery you pass Trefin and reach the little inlet of Abercastle.
