Each lodge is built from prime Norwegian Spruce, harvested from responsibly managed forests. The trees grow very slowly in Norway's severe climate and produce dense, fine-grained logs giving high strength and durability. It is kiln-dried and stress graded, then cut to give double interlocking joints, providing a secure draught-proof structure. The lodges are low maintenance with an indefinite lifespan providing opportunities for investment as well as lifestyle.

The high standard of natural insulation provided by the solid log walls is complemented by full double-glazing, under-floor and ceiling insulation and under-floor heating, giving a comfortable year round environment. The lodge has a verandah, providing a place to sit out and enjoy the countryside at Felindre.

The site plan is shown below, the first two phases have been sold, (they sold out within a few weeks). The final phase of five lodges is now complete. The remaining lodges are plots 1, 7, 9, 10 and 11. Each plot has a different view or character, some have views towards the coast, others overlook a peaceful little valley with a stream running through, a haven for dragonflies.
