The lodges are built from prime Norwegian Spruce, harvested from responsibly managed forests.

The high standard of natural insulation provided by the solid log walls is complemented by full double-glazing, and under-floor heating, giving a comfortable year round environment. The lodge has a verandah, providing a place to sit out and enjoy the countryside at Felindre.
